Dr. Jyoti Anand, Assistant Professor of Applied Sciences & Humanities Department, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon presented a paper entitled “Cost-Benefit Analysis of a Computer System with Arbitrary Distributions for H/W Failure and S/W Up-Gradation Subject to Inspection” in a three-day National Conference on Recent Trend and Developments in Statistics (NCRTDS)” with Ist Convention of Indian Association for Reliability and Statistics (IARS) during 21st-23rd February 2015.
The conference was organized by M.D. University, Rohtak & supported by Department of Science and Technology (DST) , Govt. of India, New Delhi; Ministry of Statistics and program Implementation (MOSPI); Deference Research and Department Organization (DRDO), Delhi; University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi; Indian Association for Reliability and Statistics (IARS) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi. The objective of the conference is to provide an exceptional platform to the researchers to meet and discuss the out most solutions, scientific results and, methods in solving intriguing problems with people actively involved in these evergreen fields.
