INNOVISION’16 - THE ANNUAL TECH FEST OF NSIT
Innovision '16 is the Annual Science and Technology festival of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) , DelhiUniversity, hosted from (9th - 12th) March 2016 on college ground to provide an opportunity to network, compete and grow with the best. Two students from Computer Science and Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon participated in the fest.
NSIT conducts Innovision’16 as a two day Extravaganza of a line-up of approximately 50 Technical & Non - Technical events. The events organized are diverse, ranging from electronics & programming to bike shows, debates, paper presentation & case studies.
Distinguished speakers were invited to talk on stage as guest lecture and enlighten the students. Paper Presentation provides an ideal platform for the thinkers of this generation, and for those who wish to voice their innovative ideas in an effective manner. In “Paper Presentation” two students from Dronacharya College of Engineering from CSE department“Aishwarya Aggarwal (17008) & Astha Gaur (17031), won the first prize and awarded with cash prize of Rs 5,000/-.“Paper Presentation” was on topic “Cloud Computing” which basically states about the practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage and process data, rather than local server or personal computer.
INNOVISION’16 provides an invaluable opportunity for brand visibility, promotion of corporate image and a chance to increase once reach to the masses. The other events which were organized were Panel Discussion, Robo Wars, Science Expo, Enigmata, Internship Fair, Extempore, Workshops Etc .
At NSIT Campus students got chance to meet various dignitaries and view various types of Innovative Technologieswhich provided great learning experience for the students.
