INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO ENRICH AGRO FOOD PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED

On 30th January, 2015, thirty four students along with faculty coordinator Mrs. Akanksha Kulshreshtha from Department of Electronics & Computer Engineering of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon visited to Enrich Agro Food Products Pvt. Ltd. located at UdyogVihar, Phase II, Gurgaon.This company deals with manufacturing and packing of soft drink mainly coco-cola. Students visited the whole plant and administration area. Mr. Shekhar and Mr. Devtook an introductory session.

To visit the plant, students were divided in three groups and escorted by three officers of the company. They were showed sthe sections like include sanitization of glass bottles, manufacturing of soft drinks and its packaging section and explained each process. They were also told the steps related to sanitization of used glass bottles.

The industry representatives also explained the hazardous effects of chemical waste- water of industry. To protect the environment they have a separate chemical treatment section exclusively for waste water. The visit was useful and informative.
