APTSHIPS 2025: Guiding the Future of Internships & Fun Interactions
8th February 2025
DCE ACM, DCE ACM-W, and AIII Club of the CSE (AI & ML) Department conducted “APTSHIPS 2025: Guiding the Future of Internships & Fun Interactions”, an exclusive internship guidance session for Semester IV students. The initiative aimed to equip students with the right strategies, skills, and insights to secure internships as part of their practical training after the semester.
Beyond learning, the event was filled with exciting interactions and fun activities. Senior students guided the junior students in an interactive Q&A session. They guided the students about finding internships through platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and company websites. Resume-building tips and strategies for cracking technical and HR interviews were also disseminated. Key skills and certifications that improve internship prospects were also advised.
Understanding that problem-solving skills are crucial for both technical and professional growth, the event included an engaging Rubik’s Cube (3x3) challenge. Participants competed in solving the cube in the shortest possible time, promoting quick thinking, logical reasoning, and perseverance. The session wrapped up with an exciting online quiz.
Benefits/Outcome: The initiative inspired students, enhanced technical growth, teamwork, and mentorship.
