Visit to India Energy Week (I.E.W.), Yashobhoomi, 2025

ISTE Student Chapter, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a visit to India Energy Week (I.E.W.) on 13th February 2025. 2nd semester students of Mechanical and Electrical Department visited the exhibition held at Yashobhoomi, India under the supervision of Prof. Dixita Barua (Faculty, DCE.) Energy Week is an annual event that brings together industry experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss and showcase innovative solutions in the energy sector.
The primary objectives of the visit were to expose students to the latest trends and innovations in the energy sector, to provide students with a platform to interact with industry experts and learn from their experience and to encourage students to think critically about energy-related issues and explore potential solutions.
The event provided a unique opportunity for students to learn about the latest developments and innovations in the energy sector. The Energy Week exhibition featured a wide range of exhibits, presentations, and panel discussions. Some of the key highlights included:
- Renewable Energy Solutions: Exhibitors showcased innovative solutions for harnessing renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, and hydro power.
- Energy Efficiency: Experts discussed strategies for reducing energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency in buildings, industries, and transportation.
