Attended Live streaming of "Address of PM on Semiconductor Facilities"

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram live-streamed PM’s address to the youth for laying of three foundation stone of state-of-the-art Semiconductor Facilities on 13^th March 2024. Organized as part of the "Chips for Viksit Bharat" initiative under the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the program emphasized India’s strides toward becoming a global semiconductor hub. His inspiring speech underlined the importance of semiconductor technology in shaping the nation's technological future and urged students to contribute to India’s vision of self-reliance in critical industries.

In line with this vision, foundation stone is being laid for the Semiconductor fabrication facility at the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), Gujarat; Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Morigaon, Assam; and the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Sanand, Gujarat. The students were inspired by the PM's call to action, highlighting the role of young minds in driving innovation and progress. The program also provided insights into India's semiconductor mission, showcasing the government's dedication to fostering a technologically advanced and economically robust nation.
