Goal - Oriented Workshop

Training & Placement Department, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a Goal-Oriented Workshop on 25^th September 2023. Ms. Kritika Bhatia (Full Stack Developer Wipro) was the spoke person of the workshop, 86 students attended the workshop.

The workshop aimed to equip students with the skills and strategies needed to set and successfully accomplish their academic goals.

Ms. Kritika Bhatia introduced students to tools and techniques to align their personal and academic objectives with long-term career aspirations, enabling them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in their educational journey. She briefed students how to set clear, measurable goals and maintain motivation to accomplish them.

She also emphasized the significance of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in goal setting, encouraging participants to think creatively and proactively about their future endeavours.

The workshop made students understand the importance of strategic planning, time management, and fostered a growth mindset.
