Workshop on Stress Management and Conflict Resolution

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram, organized a Workshop on Stress Management and Conflict Resolution to equip non -teaching members with essential life skills for handling stress and interpersonal conflicts effectively. The workshop was conducted by a Captain Manjula Katoch (Soft Skill Trainer) was the guest speaker for the lecture. The lecture was attended by 25 non -teaching members.
The session aimed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of stress triggers and conflict dynamics in both personal and professional settings. The speaker provided valuable insights into stress management techniques such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, and time management strategies. Participants learned practical ways to maintain emotional balance, enhance productivity, and build resilience in challenging situations.
Conflict resolution was another key area of discussion, focusing on effective communication, empathy, and negotiation skills. The speaker emphasized the importance of active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive mindset while dealing with conflicts.
