One Day Awareness Program on Swachhata

NSS Units, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized “One Day Awareness Program on Swachhata” on 24th March 2023.
A program was conducted in the auditorium by NSS program officers Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Kumar and volunteers which included presentations:
- NSS Song,
- PowerPoint presentation by Resource persons,
- Short real life story regarding cleanliness awareness by Dr. Ashok Kumar,
- Verbal Presentation by NSS volunteers.
- A short awareness video by Prof. Dr. Anupam Dalal.
- Pledge to keep our surroundings clean and hygienic.
Students were given a chance to exhibit their skills in “Slogan Writing Competition “. Students from all the branches actively participated in the competition and wrote beautiful slogans on the topic – “Swachhata”.

Students also participated in the cleanliness drive/rally which created awareness among people to take care of the “Mother Earth”. They cleaned the surroundings of the campus and planted saplings which were a necessary activity to raise awareness among them.
