Communication and Presentation Skills Workshop

Training and Placement Department, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized two day workshop on “Communication and Presentation Skills” on 17^th and 18^th March 2023. The trainer of the workshop was Ms.  Ishita Mehta (Trainer - OneBanc Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) The workshop aimed to enhance students' interpersonal communication and public speaking abilities, essential for academic success, professional growth, and effective teamwork.

The sessions focused on key aspects of communication, including verbal and non-verbal skills, clarity of thought, confidence building, and structuring impactful presentations. Participants were guided through interactive activities such as role-plays, group discussions, and mock presentations to help them overcome stage fear and improve articulation. Expert speakers shared tips on crafting compelling visual aids, engaging the audience, and maintaining professionalism in various settings. The workshop concluded with personalized feedback for participants, empowering them to communicate confidently and present ideas effectively in any environment. Students appreciated the workshop for its practical approach and its role in boosting their self-assurance and professional readiness.
