Training Program on Soft Skills

Dronacharya College of Engineering, in collaboration with Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a Training Program on Soft Skills from 15th to 23rd May 2023. The program aimed to equip students with essential soft skills required for career readiness and workplace success.
The training focused on key areas such as communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette. Expert trainers from Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd. conducted the sessions through interactive activities, real-world scenarios, role plays, and group discussions.
Special emphasis was placed on preparing students for interviews, improving self-confidence, and fostering a positive attitude. Students were also guided on resume writing and mock interview practices, enabling them to better present themselves to potential employers.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments, who gained valuable insights into the behavioral and emotional aspects of professional life. Feedback from students highlighted the effectiveness of the training in enhancing their personal and professional development.
