Awareness Rally on Anti Terrorism Day

NSS Units, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized an awareness rally in the adopted village Kharkhari to celebrate “Anti-Terrorism Day” on 21st May 2023.
The objective of the rally was to create awareness among villagers about the danger of terrorism and violence and its effect on the people, society and the country as a whole.
NSS Program Officer Dr. Ashok Kumar, Dr. Anupam Dalal and Prof. Pooja Sharma along with 15 NSS volunteers visited the village Kharkhari. Dr. Ashok Kumar addressed the villagers and stressed the need for maintaining harmony among the people. Some of the important topics discussed by NSS coordinators and students include Hawala, Money Laundering, Narcotics, Organ Trafficking, Stem Cell Trafficking and Human Trafficking.
After the discussion, a rally was organized by the NSS coordinators with placard showing the slogans indicating the relevance of the day.
