5th Technovation Hackathon

3rd - 4th February 2023

Project Team (Akash Mishra (Roll No. 23192), Akash Kumar (Roll No. 23200) and Nakul Singhal (Roll No. 23215) from AIML)  Solo Leveling (Team ID: STREPC 1720)  under the guidance of project mentor Mrs. Neha Verma (Assistant Professor- ECE branch) from Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram was shortlisted among the 110 teams for  “5^th Technovation Hackathon.”  DCE Project Team, Solo Leveling (Team ID: STREPC 1720) made it to the 3^rd round after clearing 2 online evaluation rounds conducted between 28^th – 30^th January, 2023. 

Project Team from DCE Gurgaon exhibited their idea titled “PIEZOWHEELS” in front of Panelist on 3^rd February, 2023 and made it to 4^th round of evaluation which was scheduled on 4^th February, 2023. Teams participated in the 36 hour long hackathon to manifest their ideas into reality working day and night against the clock. The Teams were judged throughout the duration of hackathon and were given time based tasks like making modifications as per feedback received from panelist.

Result of the hackathon was announced on 4^th February, 2023 during the Award Ceremony in the august presence of Mentors and Judges from industry as well as from academics.

Overall, the event was a great exposure and learning experience for students as they got an opportunity to showcase their innovative project as well as learned to deliver their best while handling the pressure of working within a time frame.
