3 faculty members, Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Prof, Pooja Sharma and Prof. Bhumika Chugh along with 7 first years students ( Lochan, Parth Sharma, Tushar Khatri, Aakash Sharma, Dhairya Valecha, Divyam Mishra, Vivin Sharma ) attended and presented paper in 1349th International Conference on Science, Engineering & Technology - ICSET 2023 held on 3rd - 4th June, 2023 at Malacca, Malaysia.
The aim of the conference was to provide the platform for Students, Engineers, Scientists, Researchers and Academicians to share the knowledge and ideas in the recent trends in the field of Science, Engineering & Technology.
The event brought together research scholars, members of faculty, students, and key officials internationally to discuss the recent advances in Science, Engineering & Technology with focus on sustainability. It concluded with a set of presentations of real-world cases describing new and noteworthy initiatives relevant to the conference theme.
The first day of the conference started with an inaugural session. Prof. Pooja Sharma (Chair of conference) gave a welcome note and conference overview, followed by address by Mr. Bijan Kumar Barik (Conference Manager). A total of 15 papers were presented on 1st day. There were delegates from international universities and school such as Universidad Peruana De Cienciasaplicadas. Perú, Computer Science and Engineering CBIT Hyderabad, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang China, Department of Marine Engineering, (DME), National Taiwan Ocean, University (NTOU), Keelung 20224, Taiwan, R.O.C. Sta. Lucia High School, Novaliches, Quezon City, D. Tepace Holy Spirit National High School, San Bartolome High School, Novaliches, Quezon City, San Bartolome High School, Novaliches, Quezon City, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Data Analytics, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Sukolilo.
2nd day a total of 11 papers were presented and concluding session was headed by Mr. Barik. Best paper was awarded to Mr. Tushar (Student DCE) for his paper “Analytical Comparison of different types of EV on the basis of Driving Cycle: Indian EV Scenario”. All researchers were given certificates and a copy published journal.
After the conference students enjoyed their stay in Malaysia. Over the 4 days students were very keen to learn new things, presented their research work beautifully, was very observant of atmosphere of international conference and properly utilised their leisure time by sight-seeing.
