Educational Trip to Bali, Indonesia

Tourism Club, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram sponsored “Trip to Bali, Indonesia” for its students and faculty members on 15th – 16th July, 2024. Faculty members Prof Pooja Sharma and Prof (Dr.) Vaishali Dixit along with 12 students Anuj Singh (CSE, 2nd Sem), Yogita Yadav (CSE, 2nd Sem), Lakshit (CSE-AIML, 2nd Sem), Shaurya Upadhyay (CSE-AIML, 2nd Sem), Saksham Mangla (ECS, 2nd Sem), Kashish Kundu (CSE-IoT, 2nd Sem), Devraj Singh (CSE-IoT, 2nd Sem), Rajat (CSE-IoT, 2nd Sem), Gauri Sharma (CSE-IoT, 2nd Sem), Deepanshi (ME, 2nd Sem), Shalini (CSE-IoT, 2nd Sem) and Jyoti Janghu (CSE-IoT, 2nd Sem) embarked on an extraordinary educational trip to Bali, Indonesia.
Students ventured out to explore the vibrant streets of Bali, savoring their first taste of authentic Balinese cuisine. Over two days, students enjoyed their stay in Bali and visited Tanah Lot temple, Kuta Beach & market, Padang Padang Beach, Uluwatu Temple Sunset, Kecak Fire Dance Tour, Jimbaran, Tegenungan Waterfall, Goa Gajah, Tirta Empul Temple, Kintamani Volcano Park, Kumulilir, Rice Terrace tegallalang, Ubud Royal Palace, Ubud Traditional Art Market and Nusa Penida beaches.
Benefit/Outcome: Trip to Bali was a blend of education, adventure, and cultural exploration. Students got a deeper understanding of sustainability, innovation and multiculturalism.
