Session on Work Ethics

Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a Session on “Work Ethics” on 4th April, 2022. 18 non-teaching staff members attended the workshop. The workshop focused on imparting essential skills such as time management, effective communication, professionalism, and the importance of maintaining integrity in the workplace. Dr. Neelam Bhardwaj (IQAC Head, DCE) was the eminent speaker of the session.
Industry experts and faculty members delivered insightful presentations, emphasizing how a strong work ethic can influence career growth and success. The event was designed to help students understand the significance of qualities like responsibility, reliability, and respect in fostering a positive work environment.
Throughout the session, interactive discussions and case studies were used to engage staff members encouraging them to reflect on their personal work ethics and how they can apply these principles in their careers. Participants were guided on building essential soft skills, including leadership, adaptability, and teamwork, which are crucial in any professional setting. The workshop concluded with Q&A session where staff members were able to clarify their doubts and gained practical advice from the experts, making the event a valuable learning experience for everyone involved.
