FDP on "Strategies for Innovative and Quality Research"

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized one-day FDP on “Strategies for Innovative and Quality Research.” on 12 September, 2021. 12 faculty members participated in the FDP. The eminent speakers of the session were Dr. Ashish Soti (Founder SOTIs – The Social and Industrial Innovation LLP). He provided the participants with practical skills and strategies to enhance the quality and innovation of their research.
The first session began with an overview of research methodologies and how they can be applied to produce innovative and high-quality research. Dr. Ashish Soti discussed the different types of research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research, and how they can be used to collect and analyze data effectively. Afterwards, the participants focused on developing research questions and hypotheses. The speaker discussed the importance of formulating clear and concise research questions and hypotheses that can guide the research process. The participants were provided with tools and techniques to develop research questions and hypotheses that are aligned with their research objectives.
Dr. Ashish Soti focused on data collection and analysis. The speakers discussed various data collection techniques, including surveys, interviews, and case studies. Lastly, the participants were introduced to strategies for disseminating research findings. The participants were provided with practical tips and techniques to effectively communicate their research findings to different audiences.
