Placement Preparation Session on SQL

31st January - 4th February, 2022

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a placement preparation session on “SQL” from 31^st January - 4^th February, 2022 for V semester students. Ms. Bhumika (Assistant Professor CSE Department) took the session.

The objective of the session was to guide students some of the important placement related topics in SQL.

Prof. Bhumika started the session with the introduction to SQL. She told students SQL is one of the most important topics that are asked in interviews. Next she explained following topics in SQL:

• Normalisation
• Nested Queries
• Joins
• DDL & DML
• Schema Design

She discussed many questions which could be asked by the interviewer. She stressed upon studying case studies and preparing for some tricky questions for the upcoming placement drives. She further told the importance of having good communication skills and good dressing sense.

It was an interactive session and students were highly benefitted from the session.
