DSA Workshop and Coding Challenge

28th - 30th January 2022

GFG Student Chapter, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a workshop on “DSA (Data Structure and Algorithm)” and coding Challenge from 28^th - 30^th January 2022. Dr. Ashima Mehta was the faculty coordinator of the workshop.

The objective was to enhance the programming skill of the students.

28^th January 2022

GFG coordinator started the workshop with the brief introduction of Data Structure and Algorithm. The coordinator told DSA helps to solve real life problem with an efficient way. Then coordinators discussed all the related topics with the students. Topics covered during the workshop were: recursion, array representation, array ADT, strings matrices, linked list and stack.

29th January 2022

After the workshop, DSA quiz was organized on Dare2compete platform. Many students registered for the quiz.

30th January 2022

Next a coding challenge was organized on Dare2compete platform to judge the coding knowledge of the students. Winners for the competition were awarded a cash prize of 25000 and certificate of appreciation.
