Students were encouraged to make informed choices, recognize the risks associated with substance dependence and develop positive coping mechanisms for handling stress, peer pressure and everyday challenges. The interaction reinforced the importance of disciplined living, constructive thinking and emotional resilience in preventing addiction.
As a powerful commitment towards an addiction-free future, all participants took a pledge to remain free from substance abuse throughout their lives. They were further encouraged to actively support the Drug-Free and Crime-Free Campaign by spreading awareness among their peers, families and communities and inspiring others to make responsible and healthy choices.
With its meaningful blend of NDPS awareness, wellness, yoga and responsible citizenship, the session created a strong platform for empowering students to safeguard their physical and mental well-being. Participants left with a renewed sense of responsibility and a clear message that a healthy, purposeful and productive life begins with informed choices, self-discipline and the courage to stay away from addiction.
