Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized one day workshop on, “Recent Advances in Engineering and Technology” on 16th May 2022. Prof. Ritu Pahwa was the resource person of the workshop. 9 faculty members attended the workshop.
The main aim of the workshop was to provide the knowledge of current avenues of research in field of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Prof. Pooja Sharma covered following topics during the workshop:
- Advanced Communication Techniques
- Advancement in Antenna Design
- Digital and Analog VLSI
- Data Mining and Structural Engineering
She explained VLSI Circuit is a leading field to design modern Electronic and Communication Systems.
She told participants recent research in field of Electronics and Communication Engineering has emerged as a very important technology in modern electronics featuring, low voltage operations deep sub-micron manufacturing processes, exploding speeds and smart programmable devices.
The workshop enhanced the knowledge of participants about the recent trends in Electronics industry and areas of research.
