DEVOLYMPUS - 30-Hours Hackathon 2025

The Deviator Club,Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugramorganized Devolympus- the 30-Hour Hackathon from11th April 2025-12thApril 2025, a dynamic and innovation-driven coding marathon that brought together tech enthusiasts, developers, and aspiring problem-solvers from across the region. The event aimed to challenge participants to push the boundaries of their creativity and technical skills within a time-constrained environment.The event witnessed overwhelming participation, with over 60 teams battling out over a continuous 30-hour period, demonstrating endurance, teamwork, and ingenuity.
The theme of the hackathon, “Build Beyond Limits,” encouraged participants to explore transformative solutions in fields such as AI/ML, Web & App Development, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and Sustainability Tech.
The hackathon officially kicked off with an inaugural session featuring guest speakers from the tech industry, who shared insights on innovation, product thinking, and startup culture. Participants were then given access to mentorship from experienced professionals throughout the duration, ensuring guidance and feedback were readily available at every stage of their development.
The energy remained electric throughout the night, with teams working intensely to ideate, prototype, and polish their solutions. Amidst caffeine-fueled sessions and collaborative hustle, participants showcased exceptional resilience and adaptability. Interactive breakout activities and late-night tech trivia also helped maintain the momentum.

At the end of 30 hours, teams presented their projects to a jury panel comprising industry experts and academic mentors. Judging criteria included innovation, feasibility, user experience, scalability, and overall presentation. The top-performing teams were awarded exciting prizes, certificates, and opportunities for mentorship and incubation.
Outcome/Benefits: The Devolympus Hackathon not only served as a platform for technical excellence but also as a celebration of community, learning, and futuristic thinking.
The winners of the Hackathon were:Food saviour, 1stposition(15,000/-), TaareZameen Par, 2nd position(10,000/-), and Goat Coders 3rd position(5,000/-). A special API prize to (10,000/-) for using API library integration.
