International Women’s Day

Cultural Club of Dronacharya College of Engineering organized a vibrant and meaningful celebration of International Women’s Day on 8th March 2025, centered on the theme “Empower Her 2025.” The program began with a warm welcome of the Chief Guest, Dr. Kiranpreet Kaur, Head of Human Resources at Ship Global, by Prof. Isha Malhotra, (Principal). In her welcome address, Prof. IshaMalhotra highlighted the importance of women’s leadership, empowerment through education, and the institution’s commitment to nurturing confident and capable individuals.
Following the welcome, Dr.KiranpreetKaur delivered an inspiring and insightful address, sharing her professional journey, leadership experiences, and perspectives on overcoming challenges in the corporate world. Her interaction with students motivated them to embrace opportunities, develop resilience, and pursue their goals with confidence and determination, while also emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and self-belief.
The event was further enriched by engaging cultural performances, creative presentations, and interactive activities organized by the Cultural Club, showcasing the talent, creativity, and enthusiasm of students.
