Campus Drive for Indian Navy

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram hosted the Campus Placement Drive for Indian Navy for B.Tech CSE / IT / CSIT / ECS / ECE / EEE / ME Batch 2020 on 5th September, 2019.
The Indian Navy is a well-balanced and cohesive three dimensional force, capable of operating above, on and under surface of the oceans efficiently safeguarding our national interests. The Navy has three commands, each under the control of a Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief - the Western Naval Command (Headquarters at Mumbai), the Eastern Naval Command (Headquarters at Visakhapatnam) and the Southern Naval Command (Headquarters at Kochi). The Western and the Eastern Naval Command are operational commands and the Southern Command is designed as the Training Command.
Mr. Chandan Thapa along with his team membersvisited the campus for the placement activity.
The recruitment process included - Presentation, Group Discussion and Interview.
Mr. Chandan Thapa addresses the students about Indian Navy, their vision, mission and finally their career path in Navy through Power Point presentation.
After Presentation students were divided into batches for group discussion on various topics followed by personal interviews.
The result of the drive is still awaited.
