Annual Sports Meet
29th Feb - 2nd March, 2024
The 26th Annual Sports Meet was organized from 29th Feb. to 02nd March, 2024in Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon.Various indoor and outdoor games like Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Tug of War, March Past,Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Football, 100-Meter race, Lemon spoon race, Sack Race, Matka Race etc were played duringthree-daysports meet. The sports meet was declared open by Prof. (Dr) Vijay Mehta NSS Coordinator Gurugram University. On the first day, 29thFeb. 2024, March Past of various departments andthe Knock-out rounds of all the games were held. The Chief guest Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Mehta NSS Coordinator Gurugram University, Prof (Dr.) BMK Prasad Director, Prof. (Dr) Isha Malhotra Principal and Dr. Hansraj Registrar of Dronacharya college of Engineering also took the salute of the impressive March past of the students from various departments. During Valediction of Annual sports meet our sport-stars gave peerless performances in the prestigious presence of our Hon’ble Chief Guest, Dr Satish Yadav Chairman Dronacharya college of Engineering. He addressed the students and gave away tantalizing trophies and Medals to the winners. He was highly delighted to see the enthusiasm and spirit of sportsmanship among the students and praised the efforts of the sports coordinatorsforholding theAnnual Sports Meet successfully. At the endSports In-chargeDr Ashok Kumar thanked the entire DCE family for their cooperation and also thanked students for their active participation.
