Pre-Placement Talk

Training and Placement Department, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a “Pre-Placement Talk” for ‘Pride India Engineering Solutions’ on 15th November, 2022. Final year students attended the session.
Ms. Renu Dua (T&P Head, DCE, Gurugram) was the coordinator of the session and welcomed the HR official from Pride India Engineering Solutions. Official from Pride India Engineering Solutions briefed the students about company’s policies, vision, domain in which company is working, technology that company uses, job description and job specification through presentation. He also intimated the process of selection and various shortlisting criteria.
Students noted down the important points and received valuable inputs from the HR professional regarding preparation of Curriculum Vitae (CV), dress code to be followed. They were also asked to bring extra copies of CV, educational documents and photographs during the placement drive. They were also motivated for keeping confidence level high.
Towards the end, he wished good luck for the placement drive.
Students were highly benefitted from the session.
