National Voters Day

NSS Wing, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon celebrated the 8th National Voters Day on 25th January 2018. The theme of National Voters Day 2018 is "Accessible Elections".
The objective to celebrate National Voters Day was to encourage more young voters to take part in the political process and to celebrate the right to vote and vibrant democracy of India
While addressing the participants, Prof. Dr. BMK Prasad Principal, DCE, Gurgaon emphasized the significance of National Voters Day and value of casting one's vote in a democratic country.
Prof. S.K Yadav, Dean Academics said the theme of NVD 2018 is "Accessible Elections" to spread awareness among voters regarding effective participation in the electoral process.
The students, faculty and staff members took a pledge for ethical voting on this occasion.
