Dr. Dimple Saproo of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram attended the ABP SmartEd Conclave 2025 on 22nd January, 2025 held at Holiday Inn, Aero city, New Delhi . The ABP LIVE SmartEd Conclave 2025 was a landmark event dedicated to reshaping education in India through innovation and technology. The gathering of policymakers, educators, and EdTech leaders aimed to address critical challenges and explore opportunities within the evolving educational landscape.
Anandrao V. Patil, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India was the guest of Honour and delivered the opening address. He outlined the government's vision for advancing digital education through initiatives like the National Education Policy (NEP) and PM-Vidya Lakshmi Scheme. His speech underscored the importance of digital transformation in empowering India’s youth and addressing educational disparities across the country.
Mr. Kunwar Shekhar (Co-founder, Shobhit University), Dr. Sangeeta Bhardwaj (Professor, MDI Gurugram), Dr. Mohsin Ali (Founder, Turkish Language and Literature, Jamia) were the panellist of the Session: Leveraging EdTech to Equip Graduates for the Workforce. They emphasized the vital role of EdTech in bridging the gap between academic education and industry demands. The speakers discussed the importance of aligning academic curricula with the evolving skills needed in the modern workforce. They stressed how EdTech solutions can help students acquire the necessary skills and competencies to thrive in the professional world.

Mukul Rustagi (CEO & Co-Founder, Classplus), Varun Satia (Founder & CEO, Kraftshala) were the Panellist for the session titled: The Role of EdTech in Creating Effective Learning Experiences.
