Eight first-year students, along with two faculty mentors, Prof. Pooja Sharma and Prof. (Dr.) Nimisha Yadav of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram attended the International Conference on Science, Engineering & Technology (ICSET 2025) on 2nd–3rd July 2025 in Abu Dhabi, UAE and presented the research papers. The conference was organized by Researchfora and aimed to provide a platform to students, engineers, scientists, researchers, and academicians to share their knowledge and ideas on recent trends in the fields of Science, Engineering, and Technology and to come together and share cutting-edge developments in their respective fields.

The event brought together over 60 participants, including research scholars, faculty members, students, and key international officials, to discuss recent advances in Science, Engineering, and Technology with a focus on sustainability. The conference concluded with a series of presentations showcasing real-world case studies that highlighted innovative and noteworthy initiatives relevant to the conference theme. On the first day, a total of eight papers were presented, and Dr Dimithri Devinda Jayagoda and Necdet Tuna Sahsuvaroglu headed the concluding session. The second day began with an inaugural session featuring a welcome note and an overview of the conference by Prof. Pooja Sharma, Chair of the conference, followed by an address by the Conference Manager. A total of eighteen papers were presented on the second day. The conference also saw participation from delegates representing international universities and institutions, including the University of Boston and organizations from the United Arab Emirates.
The Best Paper Award was conferred upon Shshank Rakesh for his paper titled “Future of Smart Manufacturing: Trends, Innovations and Challenges”, and to Humita Bhatia for her work “Leveraging Computer Science Innovations to Enhance Student Mental Health.” The Chairperson, Prof. Pooja Sharma, was also felicitated for her valuable contributions. All participating researchers received certificates of recognition along with a published copy of the conference journal.
Benefits/Outcome: ICSET – 2025 provided an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and research outcomes in the fields of Science, Engineering, and Technology.
