Experience Sharing Session on Global Learning and Internship Opportunities

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized an insightful Interaction Session on 2nd May 2026 for the 3rd year students of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The session aimed to provide students with practical exposure to international internship opportunities and motivate them towards global learning experiences.
The session was conducted by Ujjwal Saini, who successfully completed his internship in Japan under the college’s International Internship Programme. During the session, he shared his enriching journey and experiences related to his internship, technical learning, and exposure to advanced technologies and work environments in Japan.
Ujjwal elaborated on the professional culture followed in Japanese industries and institutions, emphasizing values such as discipline, punctuality, teamwork, innovation, and dedication. He explained how the internship enhanced his technical expertise, communication abilities, confidence, and overall professional outlook. He also highlighted the significance of adapting to new environments and learning from diverse cultures.
The session proved to be highly informative and motivating for the students. Ujjwal encouraged the participants to actively explore international opportunities and work consistently towards improving their technical competencies and professional skills. He further guided students regarding the application process, preparation methods, and the importance of determination and continuous learning.
An engaging question-and-answer session was also conducted, where students enthusiastically interacted and raised queries related to internships, student life in Japan, cultural experiences, research opportunities, and career prospects.
