Workshop on Professionalism and Workplace Etiquette

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram organized a one-day workshop on "Professionalism and Workplace Etiquette" on 5th December 2022, aimed at enhancing the professional conduct and workplace behavior of faculty and staff. 34 staff members attended the workshop. Ms. Jyoti Saini, (Head Ramboll HR Service Center & HR Operations India, ME & APAC) was the resource person of the workshop.

The workshop provided valuable insights into the importance of maintaining professionalism in daily interactions, focusing on aspects such as punctuality, effective communication, dress code, and ethical conduct. Industry experts and trainers highlighted best practices for fostering a positive work environment, improving interpersonal relationships, and upholding organizational values. Practical scenarios and case studies were discussed to help participants understand the significance of workplace decorum and professional integrity.

The sessions also addressed key workplace challenges, such as managing conflicts, demonstrating accountability, and adapting to organizational culture. Participants actively engaged in discussions and role-plays to reinforce their understanding of workplace etiquette, including appropriate email communication, time management, and teamwork. The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A session where attendees shared their experiences and received personalized feedback from experts.
