Innovation Ambassador Orientation Session

IIC & MHRD’s Innovation Cell Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram, organized an "Innovation Ambassador Orientation Session." on 7th November 2020. The session was conducted by Prof. Sunil Bist, an Innovation Ambassador, who shared valuable insights on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within the academic community.
The primary objective of the session was to introduce the fundamental framework of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and its significance for both faculty and students. Prof. Bist discussed the role of the IIC in promoting a culture of innovation and how it serves as a catalyst for launching entrepreneurial projects. The session aimed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the resources and opportunities available through the Innovation Cell, as well as how faculty and students could actively engage in driving innovation within the college.
Prof. Bist highlighted the importance of collaboration between faculty and students in nurturing innovative ideas and transforming them into viable entrepreneurial ventures. He emphasized how the IIC supports and encourages projects that contribute to the development of new technologies and solutions.
By the end of the session, participants gained a clear understanding of the IIC’s framework and its impact on enhancing the college's entrepreneurial ecosystem. The session successfully laid the foundation for future innovation-driven initiatives, inspiring both faculty and students to take proactive steps in their entrepreneurial journeys.
