Student of ECE and ME Departments got 1st position in Endurence round and overall 2nd position in National Level Project Competition "Ultra GolfKart Championship" held at M.M. University, Mullana on 3rd-5th March 2016. The students has been awarded with Trophies and cash prize of Rs. 55000/- (Rs. 35,000/- for overall second position and Rs. 20,000 for 1st position in Endurence round).

Techkriti: IIT Kanpur Tech Fest

Ria Arora (17114), of CSE III Semester secured top ninth rank for project titled 'Electricycle' which was all about converting mechanical energy produced by peddling a cycle to electrical energy for running home appliances in "Techkriti Innovation Challenge", IIT Kanpur Tech Fest held on 3rd-6th March 2016.

e-Yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC)

Aditya Goswami(16007) and Hitesh Kansal(16072) student of CSE V Semester and Neetu Sharma (16409) and Nikhil Mehra (16413) student of ME VI Semester secured top tenth rank in National Level Competition e-Yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC) conducted by IIT Bombay in February 2016.

Smart E: The Apprentice Challenge #3

Chanakya Sethi(17039), Alia Anis (17014), Anand Thomas (17017) and Chetna (17040) student of CSE III semester won 2nd prize in the "Smart E: The Apprentice Challenge #3" organised by National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) from 18th February to 29th February 2016 and awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000/-

Project tittled "Plastic Brick" of Civil department students won 1st prize in "National Project Competition(DRONSPARK - 15)" held at Dronacharya College of Engineering on 15th - 16th October 2015. The students has been awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 51000/-.

Indoor Pollution Control Plant for Industry and Domestic Purpose

The project "Indoor Pollution Control Plant for Industry and Domestic Purpose" by students Deepanshu Bansal (16766) and Monica Godara (16768) was selected for presentation and demonstration during the Motorola Scholar Award Program 2015-16 organized by the Foundation for Advancement of Education and Research (FAER) on 16th-17th June 2016. They were among the top 15 teams in the competition all over India and received project grant of Rs. 5000 for the same.

The project "Indoor Pollution Control Plant for Industry and Domestic Purpose" by students Deepanshu Bansal (16766) and Monica Godara (16768) was selected for presentation and demonstration during the Motorola Scholar Award Program 2015-16 organized by the Foundation for Advancement of Education and Research (FAER) on 16th - 17th June 2016. They were among the top 15 teams in the competition all over India and received project grant of Rs. 5000 for the same.

International Project Development Competition

Avinash Kumar (16909)of CSIT V Sem, project idea of "Electromagnetic Wave Extraction of Human Eye" has been selected under top 100 projects of 2015 in International Project Development competition organized by I.P.D. France
