Workshop on Prototype/Process Design and Development - Prototyping using Arduino
30th January 2021
IIC and MoE’s Innovation Cell Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram, organized a workshop on "Prototype/Process Design and Development – Prototyping using Arduino" on 30th January 2021. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Krishanu Kundu, a faculty member from the ECE Department. A total of 175 students from various departments attended the session.
The primary objective of the workshop was to introduce students to the design and development of prototypes using Arduino, a popular open-source electronics platform. Prof. Kundu provided a comprehensive overview of how Arduino can be utilized to create functional prototypes and emphasized the importance of prototyping in the development of innovative projects.
The session focused on explaining the fundamentals of Arduino, its applications in real-world scenarios, and the process of building a working prototype using this technology. Students were given insights into the various components and programming involved in Arduino-based prototypes, enabling them to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
By the end of the workshop, students gained a clearer understanding of how to approach prototype development using Arduino, equipping them with the skills necessary to apply these techniques to their own innovative projects and ideas.
