In my opinion, education is meant to develop total personality of a child and also to unfold the hidden talent in him. A vital part of learning is received in mothers lap and rest of the things are honed and sharpened by a teacher to bring him from darkness to brightness. This has great impact on his personality. |
| |
I feel that technical education, which we impart to the students, is a blend of past and future knowledge. |

I personally believe that Education is the essential base of a good life and is so vast and huge in its scope that it can change the way an individual thinks and performs. Not only does it separate a human being from the class of animals but it also uplifts a person morally, socially and economically. |
| |
Education, I believe, is the only way or factor, which differentiates between my past, present and future. My early education and learning, particularly, which I received at my home and primary school has a great impact on my personality and my vision. My higher education has provided me with immense confidence . I completed my B-Tech (ECE) degree from Rajasthan University with honors. After that I pursued M-Tech (VLSI Design) from Banasthali University. My second year project “RF MEMS Disk Resonator” focused on the design aspect and was completed successfully. |
| |
I have joined Dronacharya College of Engg. (DCE) on 1 Sep 11 and am serving to the best of my ability and skills. I feel that DCE is providing me with a platform from where I can contribute to our society as well as serve my country by shaping the future of our budding engineers. |
| |
I have been teaching subjects like Network Theory and Digital and Analog Communication. |
| |
I plan to pursue Ph.D in my related field of Communication Engg. |

I believe that education is the guiding tool for us right from the moment we start our lives. It comes to us not only through standard mode of school and college but also through observation and real life experiences. I completed my B.Tech from NIT Jalandhar in 2002 in first class. It is when my analytical and problem solving capabilities groomed. I did my M.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering in year 2005 in first class. The project work on “Point to Point Communication” provided me the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge about the software and associated hardware . |
| |
I have joined Dronacharya College of Engg. (DCE) on 26 Aug 11 to serve it to best of my ability and skills. I feel that DCE is providing me the right environment to continuously update my knowledge and pursue for higher studies. I feel I am serving the society by shaping the future of our young engineers, who are not only awakened to make their future but also aware of their responsibilities towards their fellow citizens. |
| |
I have a flair for teaching and plan to continue efforts to bring up the young minds to the best of their potential, with an aim to strengthen the theory as well as practical base of the students so that they are able to prove themselves in any organization they join. |
| |
I have four years of teaching experience and one year industry experience. My area of interest is Communication Engineering and I plan to do Ph.D in my related field. |

In my opinion Education does not mean teaching people to know what they do not know; it means teaching them to behave as they do not behave. It makes distinction between various people in terms of personality, knowledge, way to communicate and how to tackle various tasks. |
| |
The way I started my journey is like this my Primary and Secondary schooling is from my home town Hisar with VDJS as one of the school from where I passed out which has a great impact on my personality and vision. I did my BE from Apeejay College of Engineering Sohna with ECE as my specialization which gave me a way to choose my career which not only inspired me but also gave me a platform to prove myself in various activities. |
| |
I was one of the organizers in Paper Presentation during Fest at College level and completed my graduation in 2009. Continuing with my education I did my Post Graduation (M.Tech) from ITM Gurgaon which gave me a path to reach my destination. I indulged in various activities related to research in the institute as I have attended no of workshops and presented my papers in conferences and journal which helped me a lot in getting a job in institute named TITS Bhiwani during my thesis work where I was given a chance to share my knowledge with undergraduate students in ECE Department and even guided one of the project on PC to PC connection. After that I joined most renowned university GJU Hisar in ECE Department. |
| |
So now I am joining DCE hope this would be my great experience and will always remain in my memories. I will do my work with full dedication and make each and every effort to shape future of upcoming young engineers in society. |

In my masters, I learnt about different prospects in electrical engineering. The introduction of new technology as a replacement for electromechanical-based equipment with microprocessors demanded a new set of skills within the design and development team. As the lead designer for both hardware and software within the new generation of systems, I was involved in the evaluation of customer requirement, making design proposals and producing quotations, the creation of system and unit test specifications, the production of technical diagrams and documentation, and the provision of on-site training for customers’ maintenance staff. |
